Our End of Year Performance Party is open to all students and their families. Students can perform their favourite piece. They are also welcome to perform compositions and piano duets. Some of our younger students signed up to our Group Ensemble performance and they will be working on this throughout the year in preparation for this party.  Please discuss your performance piece options with Victoria. Because each performance will be printed in a professional programme, once the performance piece is decided upon it can’t be changed. As well as performances we will have games, food and award presentations. 

Venue: Inala, 99 Franklin Road, Cherrybrook. 2:00pm - 4:30pm.

Students and guests do not have to stay for the whole event but must stay for their whole section. The door will be closed during performances and will only be open in between sections. 

Current Estimation of Times, using the number of students currently registered. These times may change slightly:

1:45pm - Doors Open - games, colouring table and free canteen will be open.

2:00pm - Section 1 - ensemble performance + performances from all early and late beginner students. Doors will be closed during Section 1 to avoid disrupting performances.

2:45pm - Section 2 - awards and competition winners announced. Games, colouring table and free canteen will be open. Doors will be open during Section 2 for guests to come and go.

3:15pm - Section 3 - performances from Intermediate level students followed by advanced level students.

Doors will be closed during Section 3 to avoid disrupting performances. 

Ticket fees:

Adult $37

Concessions $32 (Students and Pensioners)

Children $20 (ages 5 - 17)

Children aged 4 and under are free if sitting on an Adults knee.

Performers are also free.

Group Discount Ticket - Reserve at the time of Sign Up only. $110 (4 tickets, Adults, Concessions or Children)

Ticket fees will be added to your Term 4 invoice. Individual tickets for each guest and student will be given once the invoice is paid. Each guest or student will need to bring their ticket on the day to show to door staff. Students and guests also need to bring a pen on the day.

Due to the popularity of this event there is a purchase limit of four tickets at the time of sign-up. If there are any tickets left, they will be on sale in Term 4.

TICKET FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE
